为了总结、交流国际上节理与断层岩石及岩块的工程的应用理论及经验,于1990年4月18～20日在奥地利维也纳技术大学召开国际节理与断层岩石力学会议。有28个国家162名各国专家汇聚一堂,首先由维也纳技术大学教授罗萨玛尼斯主持会议并致开幕词。会议上除大会发言外还分成了岩石工程、岩石测试、地球物理、岩石与节理特性、开采、断层与破坏五个分会场宣读129篇论文。中国有三篇论文在会上宣读,其中煤炭系统二篇(中国矿业大学北京研究生院、成都煤矿干部管理学院),中国有色金属学会派金川有色金属公司副总工程师金铭良在会上宣读他总结金川公司十多年来采矿经验的论文《金川矿的开采及围岩控制》。会议期间并与美国、奥地利、法国、意大利、苏
In order to summarize and exchange the theory and experience of the international application of joint and fault rock and rock engineering, International Joint and Fault Rock Mechanics Conference was held at the Technical University of Vienna, Austria from April 18 to April 20, 1990. A total of 162 experts from 28 countries gathered together. First, Professor Rosamanes, technical professor at the Vienna University of Technology, took the chair and made an opening speech.
