目的对产于湖北随州的石松Lycopodium japonicum的化学成分进行研究。方法用硅胶、反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和半制备HPLC多种方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据解析化合物的结构。结果从石松全草的甲醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为21-表千层塔烯二醇(1)、千层塔烯二醇(2)、α-芒柄花醇(3)、serrat-14-en-3β,21β,24-triol(4)、3β,21α-dihydroxyserrat-14-en-16-one(5)、石松三醇(6)、石松四醇(7)、3α,21β,24-trihydroxyserrat-14-en-16-one(8)。结论化合物1~8均为千层塔烯(serratene)三萜,为石松属植物中的特征性化学成分。化合物5为该植物中首次分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lycopodium japonicum produced in Suizhou, Hubei Province. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel, reverse phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the methanolic extracts of the whole plant, and identified as 21-epichlorohydrin (1), melatonin (2), α-montmorillonite ), Serrat-14-en-3β, 21β, 24-triol (4), 3β, 21α-dihydroxyserrat-14-en- 3α, 21β, 24-trihydroxyserrat-14-en-16-one (8). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 8 are all serratene triterpenoids, which are the characteristic chemical components in the genus Lycopodium. Compound 5 was first isolated from this plant.
