本文对多元精馏塔的动态仿真模型进行简化,提供了一种能够用于控制系统设计和分析的非线性简化动态模型的方法。本文所提出的变参数、双线性结构模型与Karim提出的变参数、有时延的一阶简化模型进行比较之后表明,双线性简化模型的动态响应更接近于原动态仿真结果,近似的程度一般地优于后者。程序和方法适用于每块塔板上有进料,侧线汽、液相出料以及带有中间热交换器的复杂精馏塔。
In this paper, we simplified the dynamic simulation model of the multiple distillation column and provided a method of nonlinear simplified dynamic model that can be used to control the system design and analysis. Compared with the first-order simplified model with variable parameter and bilinear structure model proposed by Karim and proposed by this paper, the dynamic response of the bilinear simplified model is closer to the original dynamic simulation result.
