职业院校学生高附加值技能的构建是指在强化学生本专业技能的前提下,对学生技能体系进行拓展,以增强学生的就业能力,提高学生的就业质量,是缓解高职学生就业压力、丰富学生技能体系以及切实践行素质教育的需要。高附加值技能体系构建具有丰富的理论依据和政策基础。高附加值技能体系构建要遵循就业目标、技能关联、够用实用和资源就近的原则。高附加值技能体系构建主要采取多专业渗透的途径,它与复合型人才的培养以及一专多能人才的培养在目的、要求等方面存在明显的差异。高附加值技能体系构建的理论源于专家和学者现有的研究成果,但有其自身基本完备的理论架构,将其作为一项理论予以丰富和完善将有助于提高职业教育的实效,增强职业教育的吸引力。
