目的:优化参附汤的提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,考察水的用量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,以人参总皂苷含量、附子总生物碱含量和浸膏得率为评定指标,用综合评分法进行数据处理,对参附汤的提取工艺进行优化。结果:所考察的因素中,对提取工艺影响程度依次为:提取次数>水的用量>提取时间。参附汤最佳提取工艺为加10倍量的水,提取3次,每次提取0.5h。结论:该提取工艺合理,有效成分提取效率较高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Shenfu Decoction. Methods: Orthogonal experimental design was used to study the effects of water dosage, extraction time and extraction times on the determination of total ginsenosides, total alkaloid content and extraction yield of ginseng. The data were processed by the comprehensive score method. Shen Fu Tang extraction process optimization. Results: Among the investigated factors, the order of influence on the extraction process was as follows: extraction times> amount of water> extraction time. Senate soup extraction process for the best plus 10 times the amount of water, extracted three times, each extracted 0.5h. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and the extraction efficiency of active ingredients is high.
