以大型筒节轧机为研究对象,该筒节轧机驱动方式区别于常规轧环机,采用双辊驱动。基于滑移线法建立了大型筒节轧制力能参数模型,重点研究了筒节轧机设备参数和工艺参数的影响。研究结果表明,轧制压力和轧制力矩随环件的平均半径的增大而减小;随进给速度的增加,轧制压力逐渐增大,轧制力矩先缓慢增加然后减小;随上辊直径的增加,轧制压力和轧制力矩增大;随着摩擦系数的增加,轧制压力逐渐增加,轧制力矩逐渐增大。所得结论对于大型环件轧机设备设计和轧制工艺规程的制定具有重要作用。
Taking the large tubular mill as the research object, the drive method of this tubular mill is distinguished from the conventional rolling machine and adopts the double-roller drive. Based on the slip line method, a parameter model of large tubular rolling force was established, and the influence of equipment parameters and process parameters of tubular rolling mill was studied emphatically. The results show that the rolling pressure and the rolling torque decrease with the increase of the average radius of the ring. With the increase of the feed rate, the rolling pressure gradually increases and the rolling torque slowly increases and then decreases. With the increase of roll diameter, the rolling pressure and rolling torque increase. With the increase of friction coefficient, the rolling pressure gradually increases and the rolling torque increases gradually. The conclusions obtained for the large-ring rolling mill equipment design and rolling process rules have an important role.
