劳动者长期接触手传振动可发生雷诺现象。有关手传振动致雷诺现象的发病机制还没有完全认识,目前认为其发生的机制主要有:(1)自主神经功能失调和受体异常导致血管舒缩异常;(2)内皮损伤和内皮调节异常造成局部肢端血管功能异常;(3)血液粘滞度增加和细胞活化造成血液流动异常。阐明振动致雷诺现象的致病机制对局部振动病的预防和治疗有很大意义,本文从多因素角度对当前有关振动致雷诺现象的主要病理生理学机制进行了综述。
Labor long-term exposure to hand vibration can occur Renault phenomenon. The pathogenesis of hand-transmitted vibration-induced Raynaud’s phenomenon is not yet fully understood, and its current mechanism is believed to be mainly as follows: (1) autonomic dysfunction and abnormalities of the vessels leading to vasomotor abnormalities; (2) endothelial dysfunction and endothelial dysfunction Causing local acral vascular dysfunction; (3) increased blood viscosity and cell activation caused by abnormal blood flow. It is of great significance to elucidate the pathogenesis of vibration-induced Raynaud’s phenomenon on the prevention and treatment of local vibration diseases. In this paper, the current major pathophysiological mechanisms related to vibration-induced Raynaud’s phenomenon are reviewed from a multifactorial perspective.
