水泥中氧化镁含量是影响水泥性能的品质指标之一,是造成水泥安定性不良的原因之一、是判断水泥是否合格的重要依据。氧化镁含量不合格会使水泥强度降低,水泥石变形、开裂甚至渍散、严重影响工程质量。氧化镁的测定方法很多,GB/T176-2008《水泥化学分析方法》标准中给出了两种氧化镁的测定方法(络合滴定法、火焰原子吸收光谱法)。本设计对两种测定方法进行大量的试验操作,对试验结果进行了对比分析,对容易产生问题的步骤给出相应的操作要点,以提高测定的准确度。
