目的 :研究慢性间断性缺氧时右心房心肌细胞的病理改变及血浆、右心房心房利钠因子 (ANF)含量的变化规律。方法 :利用电镜观察模拟海拔 5 0 0 0m高度缺氧条件下不同时期大鼠右心房的超微病理改变 ,同时利用免疫组织化学方法检测右心房ANF含量的改变 ,并利用放射免疫方法测定慢性间断性缺氧大鼠血浆ANF含量的变化规律。结果 :慢性间断性缺氧时 ,右心房心肌细胞及间质具有多种超微病理改变 ,右心房组织ANF含量下降 ,血浆ANF含量升高。结论 :慢性间断性缺氧可导致右心房产生明显的病理变化。血浆ANF升高是右心房心肌细胞分泌心房特殊颗粒 (ASG)增多所致机体对缺氧损害的一种代偿反应。
Objective: To study the pathological changes of right atrial myocardium and the changes of plasma and right atrium atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) in patients with chronic intermittent hypoxia. Methods: The ultrastructural changes of the right atrium of rats at different periods of hypoxia altitude 500 m were simulated by electron microscopy. The changes of ANF in right atrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. The levels of ANF in the right atrium were determined by radioimmunoassay Changes of plasma ANF content in hypoxic rats. Results: In chronic intermittent hypoxia, the right atrium myocardial cells and interstitial tissue with a variety of ultrastructural changes, right atrial tissue ANF content decreased plasma ANF levels. Conclusion: Chronic intermittent hypoxia can cause obvious pathological changes in the right atrium. Increased plasma ANF is a compensatory response of hypoxia to the body due to an increase in the secretion of atrial-specific particles (ASG) in the right atrial cardiomyocytes.
