泵站优化运行研究,对提高泵站效率、降低能耗具有重大意义.建立泵站优化运行数学模型,并将水泵叶片角度进行离散,得出角度离散点对应的水泵工作点参数;给所有离散点加以重量约束,并根据提水总流量约束条件,给出背包承重判断方法;把泵站优化问题转化为背包模型,代替了罚函数处理提水总流量约束的方法,使模型得到简化.以尊村引黄工程一级站为例,采用背包模型转化,并利用遗传算法寻优.结果表明,采用背包模型求解泵站优化问题切实可行,优化后泵站实际流量与需要提水流量匹配更好,且单位水量耗电量下降1.51%,节能效果显著.
The research of pump station optimization operation is of great significance to improve pumping station efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Mathematical model of pumping station optimization operation is established and the angle of pump blade is discretized to obtain the pump operating point parameter corresponding to the discrete point of the pump. Point weight constraints, and according to the total water flow constraints, backpack weight is given to determine the method; the pump station optimization problem into a backpack model, instead of the penalty function to handle the total flow of water constraints method to simplify the model to Zun Village Yellow River Diversion Project as an example, the model was transformed by the backpack and optimized by genetic algorithm.The result shows that it is practicable to solve the pumping station optimization problem by using the backpack model. After optimization, the actual flow rate of the pump station matches with the required flow rate Well, and the unit water consumption decreased 1.51%, significant energy saving effect.
