本文采用化学比色法测定了43例结肠癌患者手术前后血清中NO的含量。结果显示：患者术前NO水平显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．05）。术后1月左右，无肿瘤转移患者血清中N0水平恢复正常（P＞0．05），而有腹腔淋巴结肿瘤转移患者血清NO水平显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．05）。结果提示：结肠癌与血清中NO水平升高有关。开展NO的测定对了解结肠癌患者病情及预后具有一定的临床价值。
In this paper, the colorimetric method was used to determine the serum levels of NO in 43 patients with colon cancer before and after surgery. The results showed that the preoperative NO level was significantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05). About one month after the operation, the serum NO level in patients without tumor metastasis returned to normal (P>0.05), while the serum NO level in patients with abdominal lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P<0.05). The results suggest that colon cancer is associated with elevated serum NO levels. To carry out the determination of NO has a certain clinical value for understanding the condition and prognosis of colon cancer patients.
