以ZKS3661大型香蕉筛为研究对象,利用Solidworks三维绘图软件进行实体建模,找出其质心位置,发现香蕉筛激振力位于其质心的前方,靠近排料端一侧。建立质心偏移式香蕉筛力学模型,发现香蕉筛存在不动点,其是由振动机械结构本身固有特性决定的。通过计算发现排料端筛面的振幅最大,其下方的第1根下横梁的振幅和振动强度是6根下横梁中最大的。
Taking ZKS3661 large banana screen as the research object, Solidworks 3D modeling software was used to make solid modeling to find out its centroid position. It was found that banana sieve excitation force was located in front of its center of mass near the discharge end. The model of centroid-banded banana sieve was established and the banana sieve was found to have a fixed point, which was determined by the inherent characteristics of the vibrating mechanical structure. The amplitude of the first lower crossbeam and the strength of vibration below the uppermost crossbeam are the largest among the six lower crossbeams.
