为了研究老旧电梯改造的节能效果,对一台由交流调压调速改造为交流变频调压调速的老旧电梯进行研究。对其改造前后分别进行电能测试,分析比较改造前后电梯的功率因数、三相电流以及能耗累积。结果表明,相比较改造前,改造后的电梯在启动阶段、轻载上行和重载下行阶段具有很好的节能效果。在空载下行和重载上行阶段存在功率因数降低、耗能增加的缺点。电梯在进行变频器改造时,应当注意减弱变频器谐波输出对电动机的影响,提高电动机的运行效率,提高老旧电梯改造的节能效果。
In order to study the energy-saving effect of the old elevator retrofit, an old elevator converted from AC speed regulator to AC variable frequency speed regulator was studied. Before and after its transformation, the power test was carried out respectively. The power factor, three-phase current and energy consumption before and after the transformation were analyzed and compared. The results show that, compared with the transformation before the transformation of the elevator in the start-up phase, light load uplink and heavy load downlink phase has a good energy-saving effect. There is a disadvantage of lower power factor and higher energy consumption in the no-load and heavy-load upstream phases. During the inverter transformation, the elevator should pay attention to reducing the influence of the harmonic output of the inverter on the electric motor, improving the operating efficiency of the electric motor, and improving the energy-saving effect of the old elevator.
