膀胱内异物并不多见,现收集我院经手术证实的5例报告如下。例1 男,60岁,农民,因尿道流脓后排尿困难20多年,膀胱造瘘5月余,拔出导管时部分断留于膀胱内一周多。一般情况好,膀胱区平片见耻骨联合上方有一致密而不均之类圆形影,诊断为膀胱结石。手术见膀胱内有一残留导管,周围有结石包绕。术后诊断:膀胱内异物(胶管)并结石。例2 男,25岁,农民,膀胱内放入胶丝4个月。一般情况好,腹部平片见膀胱区左上方有一卷曲线状致密影。膀胱镜检见膀 Intrauterine foreign body is rare, is now collected in our hospital confirmed by surgery in 5 cases are as follows.
