作为信任的主体,居民(施信者)的生活态度、过去经验、社会地位影响着居民对社区卫生服务中心的信任;作为信任的客体,社区卫生服务中心(受信者)的能力、声誉、外在表现作为其可靠性影响居民的信任状况;社会文化,国家政策引导为居民信任社区卫生服务中心提供宏观大环境。国家政府和社区卫生服务中心自身角度应当全面提高能力、声誉及外在表现,推进社区卫生服务中心的发展,从而实现居民的健康保障。
