本文介绍了一种变电所调度自动化系统使用的单相逆变电源的设计,介绍了一种不需外接浮动电源即可实现桥式逆变电路中IGBT功率模块驱动的新方法。采用驱动控制芯片IR2130和自举技术实现了H桥式电路中功率器件驱动,大大地降低了逆变电源的成本。所设计的电源在许多变电所获得了成功的应用。
This paper presents a design of single-phase inverter used in substation dispatching automation system. A new method of driving IGBT power module in bridge inverter circuit without external floating power supply is introduced. Adopting the drive control chip IR2130 and bootstrap technology to realize the power device driving in the H-bridge circuit, the cost of the inverter power is greatly reduced. The designed power supply has been successfully applied in many substations.
