用标准筛选系列抗原及病人各自的可疑化妆品产品，对62名化妆品皮炎进行斑试，探讨用标准系列抗原斑试与可疑化妆品斑试的关系及其应用价值。结果用可疑化妆品斑试阳性检出率明显高于标准筛选抗原斑试阳性检出率（P＜0.05），符合率84．75％。本研究表明：标准系列抗原的斑试与可疑化妆品的斑试相互补充，不能替代，都是诊断化妆品皮炎的重要手段。
Using a standard screening series of antigens and the patient’s respective suspected cosmetic products, a spot test was performed on 62 cosmetic dermatitis to investigate the relationship between the use of standard series antigen spot test and suspected cosmetic spot test and its application value. Results The positive detection rate of suspected cosmetic spot test was significantly higher than that of standard screening antigen positive test (P<0.05), and the coincidence rate was 84.75%. This study shows that the spot test of the standard series of antigens and the patch test of suspicious cosmetics complement each other and cannot be replaced, and both are important methods for diagnosing cosmetic dermatitis.
