改革开放以前,我国没有专门招收残疾人的高等院校,普通高校招收残疾生极为困难。改革开放以后,特别是八十年代中期以来,我国先后出现了多种残疾人高等教育形式。经过十几年的努力,现已走出了一条适合我国国情的发展残疾人高等教育的路子,培养出了一批优秀人才,从根本上改变了残疾人不能上大学的状况,目前上线的残疾考生录取率已达92%以上。 Before the reform and opening up, there was no special higher education institution in our country to recruit disabled people.
