一、广泛动员,提高认识按照《关于开展“安全经验分享”活动的通知》要求,大港油田公司采油一厂马西联合站结合本班组实际,开展了学习动员工作。接到采油一厂的文件后,班组立即召开动员会,就如何开展好此项活动进行了深入讨论。我站是24h连续生产单位,无法进行集中学习,针对这种情况,班组将通知文件打印件发给夜班员工,由站长或带班班长组织夜班员工学习。此外,建立了学习考勤制度,使全员学习教育率达到了100%。通过深入学习,全站员工加深
