目的探讨染色体制备的技术改良,提高羊水细胞染色体制备的成功率和工作效率。方法采用染色体改良技术(改良法)与传统的胰酶制备技术(胰酶法)进行比较分析。结果改良法所获得的可供分析的染色体数目为6.91±1.711,胰酶法所获得的可供分析的染色体数目为5.37±1.324,t=5.861,P<0.001。结论改良法所制备的染色体的核型数与可供分析的染色体数目均多于胰酶法,而且操作简单、能提高工作效率,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the technical improvement of chromosome preparation and improve the success rate and working efficiency of amniotic fluid cell chromosome preparation. Methods Chromosomal modification (improved method) and traditional trypsin preparation (trypsin method) were compared. Results The number of chromosomes available for analysis obtained by the improved method was 6.91 ± 1.711. The number of chromosomes available for analysis by the trypsin method was 5.37 ± 1.324, t = 5.861, P <0.001. Conclusion The number of karyotypes and the number of chromosomes available for analysis by the improved method are more than that of trypsin method, and the operation is simple and can improve the work efficiency, which is worth popularizing and applying.
