采用自研的氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)明胶和牛血清白蛋白两种磁性微囊对小鼠进行了体内抗肿瘤研究。初步结果表明,5-Fu的两种磁性微囊剂与5-Fu的溶液剂对小鼠皮下植入的肉瘤180(S-180)瘤重均有明显抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),5-Fu牛血清白蛋白磁性微囊组小鼠体重明显增加(P<0.01)。提示5-Fu微囊组化疗的毒性作用小于5-Fu组,磁性抗微囊呈现出明显的降低化疗药物毒性反应的优越性。
Self-developed fluorouracil (5-Fu) gelatin and bovine serum albumin magnetic microcapsules were used for in vivo anti-tumor studies in mice. Preliminary results showed that 5-Fu’s two magnetic microcapsules and 5-Fu solution significantly inhibited the weight of subcutaneously implanted sarcoma 180 (S-180) tumors in mice (P < 0.05 or P <0.01), 5-Fu bovine serum albumin magnetic microcapsules mice body weight increased significantly (P <0.01). It is suggested that the toxicity of 5-Fu microcapsule chemotherapy is less than that of 5-Fu group, and the magnetic anti-microcapsules have obvious advantages of reducing the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs.
