在医疗单位竞争激烈的今天,乐山市妇幼保健院这家仅有100多名医务人员的单位,在院长兼党支部书记陈文兴为首的一班人率领下,短短几年时间。就走出了低谷,充满了勃勃生机。 改善服务条件 扩大服务项目 1992年底,在部队工作近20年、医科大学毕业的老军医陈文兴带着上级的重托、人民的希望担任了乐山市妇幼保健院院长。当时的妇幼保健院,干部职工共80余人,其主要工作就是“两条腿,一支笔,一张嘴。”即两条腿跑县乡收集材料,一支笔记录情况,然后向上级反映。而开展的业务仅一个单纯的门诊,加之设备简陋,人员素质低等因
