前曾报告一些植物生长控制剂对肿瘤细胞有选择性的抑制作用.本文继续报告26个结构上与植物生长控制剂萘乙酸(NAA)和萘氧乙酸(NOAA)类似的而且可能具有雌性激素活性的四氢菲羧酸及萘丙酸类化合物的合成,以研究抗肿瘤活性、植物生长控制活力、雌性激素作用三种生物作用间的关系,从而探索抗肿瘤药物的新途径.初步药理试验结果表明,有些化合物对小白鼠肉瘤-37有明显的抑制作用,其它二种生物试验将继续进行.
A number of plant growth regulators have previously been reported to selectively inhibit tumor cells.This paper continues to report 26 structurally similar and likely estrogenic activities to plant growth regulators NAA and NOAA Of tetrahydrophenanthrolic acid and naphatonic acid compounds in order to study the relationship between the three biological effects of antitumor activity, plant growth control vitality, and estrogen action, so as to explore a new way of anticancer drugs.Primary pharmacological test results Show that some compounds have a significant inhibitory effect on mouse sarcoma-37, the other two kinds of biological tests will continue.
