语文课堂教学是一个复杂的流程,它是系统论、控制论、心理学、教育学和管理学等原理在语文教学中的具体运用。这其中包括信息的多渠道输出、吸收和反馈,也包括信息的选择评价和强化,整个过程需要教与学的密切配合和高度统一,而这当然离不开有效的课堂管理。课堂教学的管理是心理学与课堂教学的有机结合,研究它将有助于语文教师在教学中充分发挥管理效能,调节教师与学生、学生与学生的关系,调动学生学习的积极性,从而共同完成教学任务,提高课堂的效率。本文主要对语文教师课堂管理规律和方法进行分析,以此来提高语文教师的管理经验。
