在国网公司信息总体工作方针指导下,按照辽宁省电力有限公司统一规划部署,鞍山供电公司立足于企业实际情况,充分利用现有资源,以同业对标、业绩考核和实际需求为业务基础,依托数据整合、商业智能等技术手段,建立了一套网省公司统一战略与企业自身实际需求紧密结合的辅助决策支持平台。同时,从组织落实、制度完善、考核控制、专业管理等方面入手,建立起灵活、高效的配套保障措施,实现了对供电企业生产运营核心指标的量化管理,提升了企业的整体管理水平和核心竞争力,产生了巨大的经济效益与社会效益。
