一、电视行业公益性服务和赢利性经营的矛盾 中国电视是否属于产业,能否实行产业化?人们在思想观念上对此并未完全建立共识,实践上也会面临诸多阻力。一个很重要的原因在于理论认识的混乱。中国电视坚持自己是不以赢利为目的的社会公益性事业,但又要凭借自身优势通过经营性活动追求经济收益的最大化,人们甚至希望电视行业能够在社会价值体系中成为新的经济增长点。
First, the contradiction between public service and profit-making in the TV industry Whether China TV belongs to the industry or whether industrialization can be carried out? People do not fully establish a consensus on their ideological concepts and face many obstacles in practice. A very important reason is the confusion of theoretical understanding. China Television insists that it is not a cause of social welfare for profit, but also, by its own advantages, pursues the maximization of economic benefits through its business activities. People even hope that the television industry can become a new economic growth point in the social value system .
