当前,经济社会的发展,要求企业管理逐步由“钢性”向“柔性”转变,由“物质化”向“人性化”转变。利用有效沟通营造企业内部的“和谐”文化,进而使企业自上而下,由内而外,形成一种和谐的工作氛围势在必行。通过企业“和谐文化”的逐步建立,在企业内部形成巨大的凝聚力,推进企业逐步走上良性循环的发展轨道。
At present, the economic and social development requires that the management of enterprises gradually shift from “steel” to “flexible” and from “materialized” to “humanized”.
