本文采用pH电位滴定法测定了3,5-二甲基-DL-酪氨酸(DL-Dmtyr)的酸解离常数。通过与碘基取代酪氨酸解离常数相对比,发现甲基对邻位酚羟基解离的影响明显小于碘基。
In this paper, the acid dissociation constant of 3,5-dimethyl-DL-tyrosine (DL-Dmtyr) was determined by pH potentiometric titration. By contrast with the iodine-substituted tyrosine dissociation constants, it was found that the methyl group has a significantly less influence on the dissociation of the ortho-phenolic hydroxyl group than the iodo group.
