1995年7月浙江省肿瘤医院组织起草五年发展规划讨论稿，规划时限为1996年至2000年，规划依据为卫生部《肿瘤医院分级管理标准》及有关文件，参考了天津、上海、广东等地肿瘤医院的发展规划，听取浙江省卫生厅领导与专家们的意见，最终以《肿瘤医院分级管理标准》三级甲等的要求
In July 1995, the Zhejiang Provincial Cancer Hospital organized a five-year development plan draft for discussion. The time frame for planning was from 1996 to 2000. The plan was based on the Ministry of Health’s “Classification Management Standards for Cancer Hospitals” and related documents, with reference to Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, etc. The planning of the development of the local cancer hospital, listening to the opinions of the leaders and experts of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Health, and ultimately the requirements of the “Level 3 Management Standards for Cancer Hospitals”
