为了解《生命知识》在界首市的传播情况，对界首市先武和砖集两个乡58名目标人群进行了KAP，并配合进行TRAP调查，通过LQAS阳性率判断分级表判断，评估结果为70％的目标人群掌握了70％的《生命知识）信息。其中，砖集乡有75％的目标人群掌握70％以上信息,光武乡有65％的目标人群掌握70％以上的信息。但调查的18个知识问题中，有8个信息知晓率达不到70％，提示我们在今后的传播活动中这8个信息是传播重点。
