目的 :分析六龄齿窝沟封闭在龋齿预防中的效果。方法 :我院于2014年9月-2016年9月对天台县福溪街道中心校二年级学生实施窝沟封闭469例,从中随机挑选80例,平均分成两组后实施不同疗法,并评定治疗后的结果。结果 :40例试验组患儿龋齿1例,占比2.5%;40例对照组患儿龋齿7例,占比17.5%,统计有区别,P<0.05。结论 :临床借助六龄齿窝沟封闭疗法预防龋齿效果突出,值得借鉴。 Objective: To analyze the effect of six-year pit and fissure sealant in the prevention of dental caries. Methods: From September 2014 to September 2016, 469 cases of pit and fissure sealant were closed to the second graders in Fusi Street Central School of Tiantai County from September 2014 to September 2016.
