对安钢、昆钢的系列焦炭进行喷洒焦炭改性剂(ZBS)溶液实验,用扫描电镜、HY-4型全自动显微光度计对喷洒ZBS前后昆钢焦的微观结构进行检测分析.根据GB/T4000-1996测定焦炭反应性(CR I)和反应后强度(CSR).结果表明:与没喷洒ZBS的焦样比,喷洒ZBS后焦炭孔隙相对小、少,焦炭气孔率p降低.在空隙的周围形成了亮白色的筋带———ZBS碳化物,与碳结合紧密,而且在气化反应2 h后仍然存在,有利于反应后强度提高;ZBS能明显改善焦炭热性能,焦炭热性能越差的焦炭,ZBS对其改善的幅度越大.
A series of experiments were carried out to spray Coke Modifier (ZBS) on a series of coke from Ansteel and Kunming Iron and Steel Co. The microstructure of the coke before and after sprayed with ZBS was detected by scanning electron microscopy and HY-4 automatic spectrophotometer. The coke reactivity (CR I) and the post-reaction strength (CSR) of GB / T 4000-1996 were measured.The results showed that the coke porosity was smaller and the coke porosity p was lower after sprayed with ZBS than that without spraying ZBS ZBS formed a bright white band around the gap - ZBS carbides, combined with carbon close, and in the gasification reaction after 2 h still exists, is conducive to the strength after the reaction; ZBS can significantly improve the thermal properties of coke, coke heat The worse the performance of coke, ZBS to its greater improvement.
