某17-4PH医用不锈钢零件在电解抛光后表面出现白斑缺陷。通过对白斑区域进行宏微观形貌观察和成分分析,并对该零件的显微组织结构进行表征,确定了白斑的产生原因。结果表明:该白斑为不锈钢基体局部严重腐蚀区域。白斑的产生是由原材料中存在严重的铁素体带状偏析和条状夹杂物引起的。
Some 17-4PH medical stainless steel parts appear white spots on the surface after electrolytic polishing. Through the macroscopic and microscopic morphological observation and composition analysis of the white spot area, and the microstructure of the parts were characterized to determine the causes of white spots. The results show that the white spot is a serious localized corrosion area of the stainless steel substrate. The production of white spots is caused by the presence of serious ferrite banded segregation and strip inclusions in the raw materials.
