结合叶尔羌河流域现行的分水比例和分水制度,考虑到流域的实际灌溉引水情况,对叶尔羌河流域各用水单位的多年引水资料、地表水可利用量进行复核,并在此基础上,建立叶尔羌河流域较为实用的灌溉分水模型。认为该模型对流域分水和各用水单位水量的优化配置具有可操作性。
