本文重点研究了“合并子线网法”与“综合定权法”,提出一种有效的通道布线方法。通过最大限度地合并子线网使所需接触孔数减少;在定权表达式中综合考虑线网的水平约束特性、垂直约束特性、线网连接特性、线网长度及关键线网特性等因素,以使布线所需走线道数、多晶硅连线总长度、关键线网等要求得到考虑。本算法已用于一些标准例子的布线,结果表明本算法有效。
This article focuses on the “combined sub-net method” and “comprehensive fixed-weight method”, and proposes an effective channel routing method. By maximizing the integration of the subnet network, the number of required contact holes is reduced.
