Objective To study the effects of industrial frequency electric field on blood and immunoglobulins in 35 kV and 220 kV substations. Methods The hematological and immunological indexes of 69 low voltage electricians (35 kV distribution workers), 36 high voltage electricians (220 kV substation workers) and 110 control group were tested. Hematological indicators include red blood cell count, leukocyte count, lymphocyte count, lymphocyte count, neutrophil count, neutrophil count, monocyte count, monocyte percentage, hemoglobin level, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration, platelet count , The average platelet volume, etc .; immunological indicators include serum immunoglobulin: IgA, IgG, IgM. Results The LYMPH of the high-voltage electrician group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the mean percentage of monocytes was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The IgG level of the high-voltage electrician was lower In the control group, while IgA level was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Low-voltage electrician hematology and immunological indicators compared with the control group no significant difference. Conclusion Long-term exposure to 220 kV high-frequency power fields may have a slight effect on the hematological parameters and immune function of workers.
