食道癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率占消化道恶性肿瘤的50％以上。由于食道癌的早期症状轻微,多数人对它缺乏警惕性,等到去医院求诊时往往已到了中晚期而且失去了手术根治时机。只有早期发现,及时进行手术切除,并配合有效的化疗,大多数病人的预后是好的。因此,专家们对食道癌病例进行了大量的临床分析和统计,提出了食道癌首发症状的种种表现,对早期发现食道癌颇有裨益。
