目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血小板膜表面CD62p的表达水平,了解患者血小板功能的变化。方法:用荧光素标记的单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪测定SLE患者CD62p的表达水平,用全自动血细胞分析仪进行血小板计数(BPC),用全自动血凝仪测定血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及纤维蛋白原(Fg)。结果:SLE患者CD62p的表达水平明显高于对照组,BPC低于对照组,CD62p的变化与BPC无关。结论:SLE患者CD62p表达水平明显升高,提示大量血小板活化,参与炎症反应及血栓形成,患者体内存在血小板数量与功能双重变化。
Objective: To investigate the expression of CD62p on the surface of platelet membrane in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and to understand the changes of platelet function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods: The expression of CD62p in SLE patients was measured by fluorescein-labeled monoclonal antibody and flow cytometry. The platelet count (BPC) was measured by automatic hematology analyzer. The plasma prothrombin time (PT) ), Partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and fibrinogen (Fg). Results: The expression level of CD62p in SLE patients was significantly higher than that in control group, BPC was lower than that in control group, and the change of CD62p was not related to BPC. CONCLUSIONS: The expression of CD62p in SLE patients is significantly elevated, suggesting that a large number of platelets are activated and involved in inflammation and thrombosis. There is a double change in the number and function of platelets in patients with SLE.
