NGW型减速机主要用于挖掘机、起重机等工程机械上车体的回转驱动。输出齿轮轴为减速机的扭矩输出部件,它与挖掘机、起重机的上车体的内齿圈相啮合,从而实现上车体的回转运动。在工作期间,输出齿轮轴承受着大扭矩往复回转冲击,工作条件恶劣,是减速机上的一个关键部件。1995年初发生过一起该轴断裂的事故,给用户造成了一定的损失,为此,我们从材料、加工过程及受力情况等方面进行了分析,以期找出导致失效的主要
