本文介绍一种车锥体工具,它具有调整迅速、准确的优点,尤其适合车削细长锥体(见下图)。具体使用方法如下: 将带莫氏锥度的本体装入尾架锥孔内。首先调整本体基面与主轴轴线平行。因圆柱螺母固定在本体上,所以转动螺杆时,顶尖滑座就沿本体移动。于是球形顶尖与床头箱上主轴顶尖产生偏移。偏移量H可由加工斜角(?)、铅角2α以及圆锥部份长度L求得。即H=L·sinα。
