Patients with acute leukemia (AL) should obtain regular first-time complete remission (CR). The bone marrow (BM) should be regularly reviewed. To confirm its necessity, 82 cases of recurrent AI after complete CR were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Clinical data 82 patients with AL were hospitalized and outpatients diagnosed in our hospital from May 1987 to May 1997. There were 38 males and 44 females, aged 9 to 60 years old, including acute non-lymphocyanate.
