感光材料的涂布工艺过程就是把熔化后的乳剂,按照一定涂布量(或银量)要求,均匀地涂布于运动着的支持体上。从最初的浸沉涂布到后来改进型的“刮刀”涂布直到目前世界上普遍采用的波流式挤压涂布,涂布工艺经历了三个发展阶段。尽管涂布方式不同,设备结构各异,但它们却有一个基本的共同点:在支持体与乳剂接触处有一个弯月面,它的存在形态与其涂布特性密切相关,本文就此做一评述,供同志们参考。
