目的研究项目教学法应用于口腔科护理实习生带教中的效果。方法对2014年6月—2015年5月我院口腔科护理实习生按照传统的带教模式进行带教,作为对照组;在2015年6月—2016年5月将项目教学法用于口腔科护理实习生的带教,将这部分学生作为实验组。通过对比两组的带教效果来探讨项目教学法的适用性与可行性。结果实验组的基础理论、操作技能、风险预防能力及总体情况的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组对本组带教模式满意的人数比例高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组安全缺陷评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组教师认可度中的学习态度和学习积极性的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用项目教学法后,护理实习生的学习兴趣被进一步激发,可有效提升学生的综合职业能力,同时有助于巩固和提升教师的自身技能,强化师生之间的交流合作。
Objective To study the effect of the project pedagogy applied to the teaching of dental intern trainees. Methods From June 2014 to May 2015, the dental nursing intern in our hospital was taught according to the traditional teaching mode as the control group. From June 2015 to May 2016, the project teaching method was used in dentistry Nursing intern teaching, this part of the students as experimental group. By comparing the teaching effects of two groups to explore the applicability and feasibility of the project teaching method. Results The scores of basic theory, operation skills, risk prevention ability and overall situation in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The proportion of experimental group in this model was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The score of safety defect in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The scores of learning attitude and learning enthusiasm in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusions After adopting the project teaching method, the interest of nursing intern is further stimulated, which can effectively enhance the students ’comprehensive professional ability, help to consolidate and enhance teachers’ own skills and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between teachers and students.
