干气密封作为天然气离心压缩机的核心组件,其密封效果与天然气初加工装置的安全平稳运行息息相关,一旦发生故障导致密封失效不仅给安全生产带来影响,还会导致安全事故发生而危害员工安全和生态环境。为了能够采取有效措施防止天然气离心压缩机干气密封失效,本文立足于离心式压缩机干气密封的结构和原理,从密封气流量波动和密封腔进入杂质两个方面对易引发天然气离心压缩机干气密封失效的原因进行了剖析并提出对策建议。
