空气调节是矿井救生舱的一项关键技术。本文设计了一种救生舱用空调系统,该系统采用开式二氧化碳制冷作为空调方式,以贮存在钢瓶中的高压液态二氧化碳为能量来源和制冷剂,以液体气化吸热、高压气体膨胀制冷为原理,实现对救生舱内空气温湿度的调节。根据设计条件,计算得到矿井救生舱空调系统冷负荷为2,000W,制冷剂二氧化碳流量为35.82kg/h;在焓差实验室中对空调系统在标准工况、其它工况、变工况下进行性能测试实验,得到实验数据与理论计算进行比较。理论计算和实验数据对比表明,矿井救生舱空调净化一体机满足设计要求,运行稳定,可为矿井救生舱用空调系统的研发提供参考依据。
