目的:建立工作场所空气中1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法:按照《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研究规范》[1]的要求,进行实验室实验及现场试验。结果:本方法在1.0~1 410μg/m l范围内呈线性关系,样品在碳管内可保存7 d;方法的重现性好,不同浓度的相对偏差为2.5%~6.1%,方法的最低检出限为1μg,空气中HCFC-123、HCFC-142b等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论:此方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷的现场检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography. Methods: In accordance with the “workplace air poisoning detection methods research specification” [1] requirements, laboratory experiments and field experiments. Results: The method showed a linear relationship in the range of 1.0 ~ 1 410 μg / ml. The sample was stored in carbon tube for 7 days. The reproducibility of the method was good with the relative deviation of 2.5% ~ 6.1% at different concentrations. The method was the lowest Limit 1μg, HCFC-123 in the air, HCFC-142b, etc. in this method does not interfere with the determination of the conditions. Conclusion: All the indexes of this method meet the requirements of “Study Norms for Detection of Airborne Toxins in Workplace” and are suitable for on-site detection of 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane in the air of workplace.
