以2002年10月11日为新起点,通过联合重组,在民航总局原直属的九大航空公司基础上成立的中国航空集团公司、中国东方航空集团公司、中国南方航空集团公司正式登上了历史的舞台。航空运输集团的成立,开启了中国航空运输业发展的新篇章。联合重组,使中国航空运输业发展战略定位得以准确明晰,为企业做大做强做优提供了可能,同时又为合并运行提供了前提,为企业实施资源整合、优势互补、提升是实力、打造中国式民航企业“航母”提供了更为宽广的平台。四年来,倍受关注的以“战略资产重组、综合资源整合、安全运行合并、企业文化重塑”为核心的战略重组和合并运行喜色亮眼,确保了“五个统一”的推进,标志着三大航空运输集团的主业发展驶入了快车道,形势令人欣慰。同时,也伴生出一些原先未曾料及的深层次问题,相信通过深化改革得到解决。本期我们特别约请了局方三大航空公司有关人士撰文就合并运行所产生的效果和问题进行专门分析。
