水利水电工程在发挥社会、经济效益的同时,也带来了一系列生态环境问题,关于生态环境需水量计算,我国目前尚无统一计算标准。对此,以江西省上饶市金鸡口水电站为例,基于7Q10法、Tennant法、最小连续30d最小流量法、满足水功能区水质目标最小流量法等不同方法,对比确定了该水电站的最小下泄流量,分析了水电站运行后大坝下游最小下泄流量的满足度,并提出了保障金鸡口水电站最小下泄流量的具体工程及非工程措施。研究成果可为水电站下游河流生态系统健康保护提供参考依据。
While giving full play to social and economic benefits, water conservancy and hydropower projects have also brought about a series of ecological and environmental problems. There is no unified standard for calculating the water demand for ecological environment in China. In this paper, taking Jinjinkagu hydropower station in Shangrao City of Jiangxi Province as an example, the minimum discharge flow of the hydropower station is determined by different methods such as the 7Q10 method and the Tennant method, the minimum continuous 30d minimum flow method, , The satisfaction degree of the minimum discharge flow downstream of the dam after the hydropower station operation is analyzed, and the specific engineering and non-engineering measures to ensure the minimum discharge of the Jinjikou Hydropower Station are proposed. The research results can provide reference for the health protection of the river ecosystem in the lower reaches of the hydropower station.
