本文选择不同碳含量的低合金铬钼系结构钢,淬火后以不同温度回火,测定其σ_s、K_(IC)、K_(ISCC)值,用扫描电镜观察断口形貌,研究不同碳含量、回火温度、组织结构对σ_S、K_(IC)、K_(ISCC)。的影响。建立了K_(ISCC)同K_(IC)关系的经验公式及K_(ISCC)同σ_S关系的半经验公式,绘出了断裂分析图,提出了不同碳含量低合金高强钢的强度、断裂韧度和抗应力腐蚀性能的最佳匹配所应选用的材料和热处理回火工艺。
