本研究以白灵1号为供试菌株,通过对菌丝萌发时间、颜色、密度、均匀度、平均生长速率和生长指数进行比较,探讨7种不同谷物(脱壳与不脱壳)对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,无论脱壳与否,白灵1号在供试的7种谷物培养基上均能生长,但生长情况各不相同,其中最适合白灵菇菌丝生长的是脱壳高粱培养基,长势评分最好,为5分,平均生长速率最大,达5.892 mm·d-1,菌丝生长指数为29.44,其次为不脱壳的小麦和高粱培养基,最不适合白灵菇菌丝生长的是水稻培养基,长势评分为1分,菌丝生长指数为1.75。
In this study, Bai Ling No.1 was used as the tested strain.
